refund and exchange policy

once an order has been placed it can not be canceled or changed. we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for the following:

• ordering the incorrect size
• regretting the order
• orders marked as delivered

please check the fit guide and size guide before ordering. 

we will happily exchange or refund an item for the following reasons:

• item is faulty - damaged or soiled upon arrival
• there is an error with the print
  
• there is a defect in the item
• the wrong item was received
• item was never delivered

if any of these apply and you would like a refund or an exchange, please contact us within 14 days or receiving your order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
